
UzVC launches the Startup Growth Program in Uzbekistan

Acceleration programme unites the best practices of Silicon Valley for local startups.
Startup Growth Program (SGP) is a large-scale flagship initiative by UzVC (Uzbekistan’s National Venture Capital Fund), aimed at supporting, developing, and globalizing the Uzbek startup ecosystem. The program is designed to combine the best international venture capital practices with the unique needs and characteristics of the local market. Its goal is not only to prepare promising startup teams for scaling but also to build a solid foundation for attracting strategic investments and partnerships.
🎯 Main objectives of the program:
-Comprehensive preparation of Uzbekistan’s tech startups to enter international markets and compete globally
-Enhancing the investment attractiveness of Uzbekistan through high-quality projects, talented teams, and a transparent acceleration infrastructure
- Building an active community of tech entrepreneurs, investors, mentors, and innovators connected to global trends
🧩 What do participants get?
A full-fledged 8-week educational program, which includes:
- Development of a go-to-market strategy, audience research, and product positioning
- Fundraising preparation: financial modeling, investor presentation, unit economics, and KPIs
- Mentorship sessions with international and local experts (including those from Silicon Valley)
- Product-market fit validation, growth planning, and scaling strategies
- Pitch Bootcamp led by Marvin Liao, a globally recognized investor, co-founder of several funds, and former partner at 500 Startups

The language used for talking to mentors will be in English, which is why knowledge of English is required!

- Online component: Zoom lectures, group tracking, one-on-one mentorship sessions, educational modules, and workshops
- Offline week in Tashkent: final intensive, pitch rehearsals, networking sessions, and Demo Day with live investor participation
